Cheerio and good day. I'm Hiiroo, As evidenced by my name. Just looking for a new place to RP, And this site caught my Eye.

Well, you would need to be exceptionally well at what you do; however, for now, our staff is pretty well set. All the Leaders have a hand in Applications, and Administrators are all active.

Becoming a member of staff is more of a "we ask you" type of thing. If we tap a member on the shoulder and ask, and that member says yes, we'll work something out. But otherwise, members do not become staff by "asking". Only in dire need of modship or recognition of one's abilities would grant that privilege.

I do tend to stay active, unless a site tends to die. And also, As an admin, you should start the trend, and log into the CB every time you're on the forum. It's a great way to discuss things concering applications, And also people tend to be more entertained by a site with an active CB.
