The staff has been discussing the advantages and disadvantages to having a Full Hollow Form, and although it seemed like a good idea at the time, we have deemed it OP and thus it shall be removed. I am currently unlocking all Vizard apps with them, and they should be removed before re-approval.
Also, concerning the Cero Abilities, I shall make a list of Cero and a few custom people can use and also guidelines and explanations for ALL the Ranks for the Fortes and Abilities.
