Power Seal in the Human World

Shinigami,
Please remember that any shinigami who enters the Human World has a seal placed on them which seals off a good portion of their power. This means that all of your attacks are weakened in comparison to their normal strength in the Soul Society. Also, Captains and Vices, bankai cannot occur when you have the seal.
To break this seal you'll need permission from the Captain Commander in RP. Just note that you will need a good reason to break such a seal.
