A word with the vice Captain.

This is not a RP - though i feel this is the proper place to post this - seeing as it's part of my Division and upkeep of my division.


Vice Captain - you've promised to make each post over 100 words long - however you do not do this. you do it sometimes, however when you do, its barely over 100, and when you dont, it's in range of about 40-60 words off. Im making you a deal.

I know you've made a promise to The Prodigal Father about making each post 100 words long - however if you wish to remain the Vice Captain of my Squad, then im requiring you to make each post 150 words in length. Ill count your next two posts, and if your next TWO posts arent 150 words EACH - your position will be replaced. You will be moved from Vice Captain to Fourth Seat. This is my decision and it is final.

If you make one post over 150, but the other less than 150, ill take some time to think about it, though i wont go easy on it. This is my decision and thats the way i want it to be. Even though in the rules it's said to post 200 words at the minimum, you talked to TPF and he said 100. So im amping it up to 150. If TPF has any disagreements with this, please post here or PM me and we shall talk about it. It's what i feel must be done with my Division though.

So, Vice Captain - read this and take it into consideration.

i dont care what the rules say - these are MY expectations, those are theirs. if she wants my position as a vice captain shes going to go to my expecations - along with the rules. this is my decision - period.
